Hello, we are a game development company considering launching on the Epic Store.
We have a few questions regarding matters not covered in the Epic guide documentation ( https://dev.epicgames.com/docs/dev-portal ).
Your responses will be very helpful for our review of launching on the Epic Store. Thank you for your support.

When updating Custom Price Tiers in the live environment, will the updated prices be immediately reflected in the game build? (Or does it take about 1–2 hours? We’d like to know the time required for the changes to take effect.)
-
Regarding Epic’s monthly spending limits, is there a country-specific guide? In South Korea, a monthly spending limit of 70,000 KRW applies to minors (as part of Epic’s integrated payment limit). However, the guide does not specify the spending limit policies for other countries. for instsance, Regarding spending limits, what kind of spending limit functionality does Epic provide for minors in Japan?
-
Is there a way to disable Epic’s built-in monthly spending limit check? We would like to control the spending limits ourselves within our game.
-
If a customer requests a refund, does Epic Store provide an API that allows our company’s customer support system to process Epic payments cancellations?
-
It appears that users can use Epic Rewards when making a purchase. When Epic settles payments with game developers, are Epic Rewards excluded from the settlement? Or does the Epic Store cover the cost of used Epic Rewards and settle the full amount, including the rewards, with the developer?
-
Can we configure our in-game purchases so that Epic Rewards cannot be used?
-
It seems that Epic Store processes payment cancellations through its own customer support. If a user cancels a payment through the Epic Store, does Epic notify the game developer of the cancellation status (e.g. send a notification)?
