refund

I can’t get "next gen destruction toolkit"to function. I create a new level and shoot at a GC and does not fracture. I have filed out forms for a refund and look at the bank that has my card and the $41 is still missing.

I have talk to Krist several times. He has give me suggestions but nothing has help. When am I going to get the refund. The one thing that is very strange is when I create simple app and try a destruction it does not fracture. And almost every time exit the “next” crashes.

If you’re trying to get a refund for a Marketplace product, the best course of action is to reach out to the seller and/or reach out to Unreal Marketplace support.

The seller and I have been trying. He has tried to fix the problem with no success.

Who is reaching out to marketplace support, you or the seller? When reaching out are you providing the Order ID for your purchase, name of the product, and proof of the seller’s approval of the refund? (The proof is not necessary if the seller is reaching out directly) Also, are you submitting a support ticket using the following link found via the knowledgebase then clicking contact us?

I just resubmitted for the refund. I did the other one 2 weeks ago. I have been using unreal since UE3. Made many purchases. I think I have asked for 2 refunds. They were OKed.

That’s great. Keep in mind that without proof of the seller’s explicit permission or if the seller does not reach out to Unreal Marketplace Support themselves there is only a 14 day window to submit to receive a refund. Was the previous post the solution you were looking for?
