Refraction samples per pixel on translucent material doesn't work

I have glass material. I need to see soft shadows in the refraction. And also a bit of roughness in the reflection. I use raytracing. The problem is that the material ignores my attempts to set samples to refraction. The result is always the same and always very noisy. There is always only one sample in the material. Even if I set 1, 5, 10, 16 or 1000 samples, the result is the same.
Even if I remove the refraction completely, the area shadows and reflections still make noise.
How to add samples to the translucent material? The post process volume has no effect.
