Reflection spiking frames in Movie Sequencer Render

Noob here, does anybody know why this might happen and how to solve it ?

Reddit anwered me and this seems to work : if u havent in u scene already add a postprocessvolume click on it and search for Infinite Extent (Unbound) and check the mark next search for Global Illumination and Reflections, Then try to change the method on both of them try lumen screen space and ray traced to see if the problem goes away by changing the reflection settings
