Reflection Issue with Animated texture

Hello,

I have a simple test scene set up to show my problem. You can see in the video below I have a material set up with a moving texture plugged into the emissive. I did this with the Stepping Panner. That all works just as Id like it to however, when looking at the chrome ball reflections it is not showing the reflections in the middle of the ball. Just the sides. Kinda like a weird “Fresnel Only” effect.

Even worse when rendering it in MRQ the reflections dont move at all. Anyone solve this yet?
