Recorded video from Sequencer issues

Hi, I´m trying to create some videos from my scene for my portfolio. Captured animation looks jerky, the post effect disappears randomly or changes and texture resolution changes too. Recording video at 640x360 looks smooth but the post effect problem sometimes is there. The jerking appears in resolutions 1920 and above. You can see samples here:

Should look like this:

I followed all the answers I found in this site. “Keep Playback Range in Section Bounds” option unchecked, I have turned off “forced Fixed Frame interval playback” too. Nothing works.
I´ve tried everything in the last 2 days. So if there is no way to fix this, could you tell me what else can I do to create the video I need for my portfolio and capture camera animation to show my scene? Even if I have to do it outside UE4. I really need to finish this project.
Thanks

For the texture resolution change, try setting a Warmup Frame Time - like 10 frames or something. And/or, disable texture streaming in Project Settings->Rendering->Textures.
