Record tracking of an HTC Tracker over a sequence

Hello,

I have a sequence which I need to play while my (real) actor performs on stage. I track a real camera with a HTC Tracker. The sequence contains many elements that moves in a virtual set.
I need to record the tracking of the tracker over this sequence, as I want to compose the camera clip over the background in post-production.

My first guess was to use the Take Recorder, but when I hit record my main sequence disappear. Is there a way to record this track on top the main one?
