Hi Aure
What sort of remote access software are you using + what windows version?
Windows 10 finally supports GPU over remote desktop.
im on windows 7, connecting with windows remote dekstop.
Hard to reproduce the step (no physical access) but i think its related to ressource allocation, because now i removed one thread (i7 6700k) for RC, and everything is going well. So i guess that RC was taking so much ressources, the remote dekstop connexion crashed. I think RC wasnt crashing, but because i couldnt reconnect… not sure abt that, but i think that if i could wait that the reconstruction is finished, i could reconnect and find that RC did the job. Because my friend (with physical access) coudnt connect to the session, and same time was seeing RC calculating.
Hi Aure
The Windows remote desktop is “switching” the “videocard” to some legacy mode that disturbs the connection to the real GPU.
Try to use TeamViewer as it uses own “video mode” that is not so aggressive.
Alright i’ll have a try, thanks a lot
