Reconstruction region shrinks and drifts while resizing/rotating

Has anyone experienced any issues when resizing or repositioning a reconstruction region?

When I adjust one side of the region, the opposite side creeps, as opposed to staying stationary, which is what I would expect. A more bizarre behavior is when the region shrinks as I’m rotating it until it eventually disappears.

I admit I’m having a hard time trying to describe this, so hopefully someone understands what I’m talking about.

We have not seen anything like this. It would be great to see a video, so we can try and reproduce the issue.
