Reconstruction and Scene ribbon

I am missing two ribbons: “Reconstruction” and “Scene”, as shown in tutorials. Can I display them somehow?

Yes, that is the older UX. 

Now it could be like this:

Reconstruction is mostly Mesh Model and Scene is divided to 1D, 2D and 3D.
