Recompiling Engine Source - what is the "exe" after done?

Needed to add “bUseLoggingInShipping = true” to the TargetRules so recompiled source. (right click on UE4 and select build)

QUESTION: once its done building… I should be able to exit visual studio and simply go into c:\UnrealEngine-4.26.2-release\Engine\Binaries\Win64 and start the UE4Editor.exe then load up my project and package the game with “shipping” build? (im asking because I dont want to load up and package game while still inside visual c++ since it may use up memory and take more time)
