I’m just getting started with Unreal Engine and really loving it so far! I’ve been working through tutorials on blueprints, materials, UI, and most recently AI!
The one area that seems to have a bit of a gap is sound/audio. I’ve been able to create most other assets but I’ve gotten stumped here and I’m struggling to either make or find some starter sounds to kickstart a game I’m casually developing.
There’s a few packs on the marketplace but they are generally quite specialised for a theme (e.g. medieval) and/or very expensive (>$50).
Could anyone recommend a good starter sound pack for beginners to play around with that doesn’t break the bank?
Thanks, great resources. I’ll also add one I’ve found since which take a bit more sifting but there’s some gold in there:
Was just thinking it would be awesome if Epic bought out a sound design studio - similar to what they have done with Megascans to give creators access to quality SFX!
