Receive error when creating new project in unreal engine c++ and blueprint

Hi

I recently Installed Unreal Engine. I went to create a new project and I was given this error:

Failed to copy “D:/Documents/Program Files (D)/UE_4.16/Templates/TP_FirstPersonBP/Config/DefaultEditor.ini” to “D:\Declan\Desktop\NewProject/Config/DefaultEditor.ini”.

Any help fixing this
