Hi, guys, I didn’t know where to place this one and this seemed like the most fitting section.
How come there is so little information about rebuilding the UnrealBuildTool with the Epic launcher version of UE4? This hasn’t cross my mind until I saw a comment in pull request #4476. After fiddling with Visual Studio and UnrealBuildTool.csproj on my Mac for a couple of hours and now I’m waiting to see if the little modification to get the CLion code generation was successful (building symbols still).
Now this got me thinking, is it possible to rebuild the shipped Engine plugins as well? I can’t seem to find relevant information about the topic. The documentation is only referring to building the plugins within a project.
