Rebuild specific clusters or coordinates of HLOD. Possible? I have a render issue

Im working with the matrix city sample project and Im trying to refresh the HLOD of a specific area instead of having to do the whole map. Is that even possible?

I have this issue where Im rendering through the movie render queue and the renders show a building that is in the wrong place compared to how it looks on the viewport. I even deleted it and MRQ keeps rendering it. I’ve tried everything and someone on the unreal Discord said that sounded like a HLOD issue, im just trying to not have to rebuild the whole city.
