Rearrange Timeline Editor Tracks / Output Pins

Apparently someone put in a feature request for this in 2014 but I can’t seem to find it (https://answers.unrealengine.com/que…line-pins.html).

It would be a really nice “ease of use” feature to be able to rearrange a Timeline Nodes’ Tracks / Output Pins. As someone who’s pretty big on keeping my blueprints organized, this would be a helpful step towards even better blueprint organization.

For example, let’s say I make 3 vector tracks on a timeline node followed by a couple event tracks, and then implement my keyframes and dial those in. Then let’s say later on I realize oh shoot I need to add a couple more vector tracks relating to similar functionality as the previous 3 that are above the 2 event tracks, it would make a lot of sense to be able to name the new vector tracks something similar and move them up above the event tracks to keep similar tracks grouped together. It also doesn’t seem possible to copy / paste the contents of one track onto another, so that’s not a potential workaround either.

There are reroute nodes, but depending on the complexity of the timeline node, that could be a lot of extra spaghetti that could be eliminated by being able to rearrange timeline tracks.

It’s a small feature request for sure, and definitely not a big game changer, but I do find myself wishing it was there, especially after seeing that this was something people wanted years ago too. Thank you Epic for all that you do in UE4, it’s by far my favorite game engine, cheers.
