Realtime masks?

Hello, is there a way to create real time masks in UE 5.3?

For example, can we have skeletal mesh with Control Rig, like an arm, reaching out of a portal?

  1. Everything coming out of the portal is visible.
  2. Everything behind the portal is not visible.

You can use material masks to obscure parts of meshes, see this

But, if you want to be able to look back into the portal and see stuff, you need to use render targets
