You need to contact the marketing people to apply for the free mass distribution right. Once they approve your project, you can use RL content in your game commercially. But I don’t know how this application process exactly works or whether you would be limited in any way when you sell your game with RL content in it. Would like to know it…

This is a big turn down for me, I was exploring CC3 to use as my game art pipeline but if it depends on approval letter from anybody it’s a big NO NO! Imagine working for a year on your game, and then not getting approved by them…Hell no, I’ll stick to Blender!
