Hi everyone, i submitted a realityscan support ticket over 10 days ago as since updating to the latest version of reality scan, i’m having serious issues with the software crashing my pc, and not working properly. Without listing the multitude of issues again here, i’m posting this here because i’ve not heard anything back and i can’t seem to access my currently open support tickets through epic because every time i click on the link, it takes me to the AI bot who then also tells me to click on the link which then brings me back to the same bot so i’ve spent the last 35 minutes going around in circles lol. If anyone from the dev team could please pick up my support ticket and get in touch with me that would be brilliant, i got the automated email confirming it’s been received over a week ago but still not heard back and i’ve got clients waiting for me to process their data using reality scan and it’s got time critical now!
