I’ve been trying to figure out through Google and this forum, but I haven’t found a solution. When using RealityScan on my Pixel 4XL, all images seem to be rejected immediately. The counter on the bottom left goes to 1 and then to 0. I don’t see any previous photo locations while taking photos either. I had assumed I was doing something wrong with background or otherwise, but looking at other people’s instructional videos it appears it should be point and shoot without concern of backgrounds.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there something I can do to fix this, or is it a bug?
Hi, we were targeting the issue in our latest version of the RealityScan app 1.3.1 . Have you tried it?
