Android

  • Tutorial video crashes the app in offline mode

I just downloaded this application from the iOS app store. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Running iOS 26.5.

I wanted to see if there were plans to update the online documentation for this application, as the new Modes: Standard, Object and AR do not have more detailed tutorial videos, nor any written explanations as far as I can find.

I wanted to better understand how to properly reorient an object mid-capture so that I know I am doing this properly. IF there is a ‘proper’ way to do so.

Currently I am noticing that when I click the white capture button the counter remains at 0/300 and never increments.
