I recently updated to the most recent version of the RealityScan app for iOS (v. 1.5.2). The first time I launched the updated app, it generated an error message that said I didn’t meet age verification and then signed me out of the app. I’m 37 and I verified my age in December 2022 when I created my profile.
After being signed out, I logged back in to the RealityScan iOS app (no error messages). However, the critical problem is that all of my data disappeared from the app after I updated to v. 1.5.2. Now, if I go to the Files folder on my iPhone and then the RealityScan folder, I can see all of the model source files there. But the RealityScan app is not loading any of the models associated with my account in the newest version of the app. It’s like the models have become unlinked from my account or something?
I’d be most grateful if anyone has any troubleshooting tips they might be willing to share. I use the app and the models for teaching and research and I am so anxious that they disappeared with this latest app update.
