I work for a company who is looking into photogrammetry software to use for creating training scenarios. We have already approved Unreal Engine as a game engine that could be used to create said scenarios, but we need a photogrammetry software to go along with it, so RealityScan makes the most sense.
The problem is that I need to get an architecture diagram of how RealityScan authorizes users, talks to any backend components in the cloud, or makes API calls both for the mobile and for the desktop version, but I cannot find any email address to get support from the RealityCapture folks. I need a contact that I can ask about extremely technical backend things, like NAT IP addresses, audit logs, encryption, etc.
I’d rather not ask all of these sensitive questions on a public forum, so if anyone can point me to an email address that I can ask, I would be much appreciative. I tried the Dev Contact link, but it 404s. Thanks!
