Non-watertight models:
The models produced after processing are now non-watertight, meaning they will not automatically be closed with stretched textures and vertices. -
Improved cropping:
Improved model boundary quality when cropping. -
MatCap rendering:
You can now activate MatCap rendering to better inspect your mesh when viewing your project. -
Sketchfab upload updates:
- When publishing to Sketchfab, you now have the option to toggle a No-AI option on your project.
- After (re)cropping your model, you can now update it on Sketchfab as well, meaning you can have both versions of your model updated.
- You can now share your model to Sketchfab from the Project List.

UI updates:
New UI for general system messages, making them more prominent.
Project tiles now include the number of pictures taken. -
Tips & Tricks:
When waiting for uploading, processing, downloading your project, you are now shown a random tip on RealityScan and better scanning. -
Unconnected images alert:
While scanning, an alert will trigger if you have more than 20% of images unconnected. -

Bugs Fixed
- You can now view your already processed and downloaded model even when no connection is available.
Android
- Fixed a bug where the point cloud would disappear on cropping in the Left and Right views when reviewing your scan.
- Fixed downloading model being stuck in queue
- Minor UI issues fixed
iOS
- Fixed a processing performance issue when processing projects from the project list.
- Image names are now consistent with the project they belong to when exporting them.
- Fixed a UI issue where the zooming in and out of images in the image gallery wasn’t persistent.
