RealityScan 1.4.1 is now available.

What’s New

  • Quickstart guide

    • You can now access the quickstart guide by tapping the “?” icon in your project list or via the settings in “View Quickstart Guide”.

  • Double-tap to zoom in Set Area/Crop mode

    • You can now double tap the screen when setting the Capture Area to zoom in on a specific part of the point cloud.

Bugs Fixed

Android

  • Pointcloud and/or mesh is sometimes missing from the Edit Scan screen.

iOS

  • Usability issues with Crop tool edge markers.
  • Autocapture not stopping when switching views
  • Update Preview Mode’ button appears even if no change has been done to model

Known Bugs

Android

  • Unresponsive Process and Share button if notifications have been denied.
    Workaround: Allow notification through device settings

iOS

  • Preview model is not generated.
  • Projects are stuck on Submitting to Sketchfab.
    Workaround: Close and restart the App then re-send for processing.
