Hi guys,
We have an issue that we don’t get on Windows based RealityScan but we do on Linux.
After importing an exr sequence we are asked to convert the images to an 8bit jpeg version in order to speed up the Alignment process. At this stage a red error banner appears saying that the file format is unsupported and to try to install a codec for your file format.
Any ideas?

I was testing this using ours EXRs and the process worked. Can you share one of your images with us for an internal test?

Just another piece of info we found:
Reality scan on linux I found out that exr’s with Zip compression with 16 scanlines work but 1 scanline doesn’t work.
