Hi, it’s crashing on load and also when I try to access the storage of the app

Hello, Has the application worked for you before and after update it started crashing or is it your first time using the app? Could you please specify what do you mean when you say that you are trying to access the storage of the app? Would you be able to create a screen recording and send it to realityscan-feedback@epicgames.com so we can investigate?
Hi Jana,
yes I have well over 50 scans if i recall.
It has been working flawlessly until the most recent update.
The storage area I’m referring to is where you can see App’s specific storage usage.
I will get a recording done in the next day and send it through.
