Still a problem in 2026. I took 210 photos and only four connected. The app is useless.

I am sorry to hear that. What kind of object have you been scanning? Conventional photogrammetry has many issues with featureless, transparent, and moving objects. The overlap between images may be insufficient, or blurry images were taken, which can result in failed alignment.
Sane issue here using S24 Ultra. I tried the app in 2025 it didn’t work. Tried it again today, same issue. Most photos are unconnected. Will try the Desktop version. Maybe its better? Anyway Polycam worked perfectly every time so the problem is the software not the hardware
