REALITY CAPTURE NOT OPENING OR WORKING PROPERLY NOW ACCOUNT MIGRATED TO EPIC GAMES

Hi,

I’ve been unable to open or use RC since I migrated my account and am completely out of ideas with which to remedy this problem!

When I try and open RC I am greeted with this partially open window which will not respond to any inputs or attempts to increase to full screen:

When I manage to login to the new Epic Games account I get this screen:

When I close the screen as directed I am back to square 1!

Any help very much appreciated.

Pleas try to launch the app whilst holding down shift and select “make it like a clean install”
