We are currently facing two critical issues while utilizing the RealityCapture API for 3D model generation. Below are the details:
1. Unauthorized Error
- Description: Occasionally, during the 3D model generation process, we encounter an “Unauthorized Error.”
- Occurrence: The error appears sporadically, disrupting the workflow unpredictably.
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Verified API keys and tokens to ensure they are correctly configured.
- Checked for token expiration and implemented a retry mechanism.
- Ensured that the appropriate authorization headers are included in all API calls.
- Investigated rate limits and quotas to confirm they are not being exceeded.
2. Process Termination at 100%
- Description: The 3D model generation process terminates unexpectedly when it reaches 100%.
- Impact: The output is either incomplete or missing, causing disruptions in our pipeline.
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Reviewed logs to identify potential error messages or exceptions at the final stage.
- Verified output file creation and checked for file size limits and directory permissions.
- Monitored server resources (CPU, memory, and disk) during the process to identify potential resource exhaustion.
- Implemented retry mechanisms and ensured stable network connectivity.
