Realistic Light Source

Hi,

I am quite new to the Unreal Engine. I am making a project where I need to have a source of light with intensity in candelas - It must be as realistic as possible.
The only way I so far saw to do it is with emissive glowing material but I am not sure how to set it up.
Chat gpt is giving me a certain formula but part of it is a x80 multiplier (supposedly developers have reported it to be the most realistic)
I would like to ask you guys if you got any tips in that regard.
