Real Write AI and Its Use for Narrative Design in Unreal Projects

I recently discovered Real Write AI, a tool designed to refine and humanize written text through artificial intelligence. It can help writers and developers make dialogue, storylines, or in-game descriptions sound more natural and immersive — something that’s especially useful in narrative-driven Unreal Engine projects.

While it’s not directly integrated into Unreal Engine, using Real Write AI alongside your creative workflow can save time on polishing scripts and ensuring character dialogue feels authentic.

I’m curious if anyone here has experimented with AI writing assistants like Real Write AI to support narrative design or localization tasks in their games. How effective do you find these tools for improving storytelling quality?

Thanks for reading and looking forward to your thoughts!

This is a subjective topic. There’s no right or wrong answer. I personally think that writing using AI really increases the production speed, together with “mature” grammar correction. Meaning you will be able to avoid writing like an amateur. The problem with AI is that you will have to guide it to align with your direction and goal. What I mean by this is to actually have a conversation with it to discuss your goal and how you want it to sound.

Some people say that AI writing is bad. I think the reason for this is that they do not know how to use AI correctly. You can find videos on Youtube where they will teach you how to prompt AI the right way.
