Hey, never used UE4 before, is it possible to render things in real time like they showed on Fortnite trailer? Is this feature out already?

Ok thanks but will it let me render every lights and shadows effects, colors in real time?
Yes, it’s a game engine so everything is designed to run in real-time. It doesn’t look as good as something like a Vray render, but it’s not far off and the main advantage is how fast it can display things.
