Hey everyone! We are happy to announce our new package: Ready, Platform, Go! This package contains meshes and a complete framework ready to use for movable platforms in your games. As always, it features 100% drag and drop with no Blueprint modifications required.


  • Use Splines to create the platform trayectory.
  • Setup number of uses.
  • Activate Falling platforms and set their time before falling.
  • Use falling animations.
  • Toggle between movable or static platforms.
  • Activate them automatically or when you step on them.
  • Set the travel duration.
  • Set waiting time and toggle the “Wait to step on it” feature.
  • Activate loop travel and toggle closed loops.
  • Use Particle System trail.
  • Preview where the platform is going to end.

Hey everyone, Ready, Platform, Go! Is going to be available in the marketplace tomorrow. We wanted to share with you some technical details and more specific features so you can know what you can do with this awesome package.

Ready, Platform, Go! Comes with multiple static meshes, materials and a complete blueprint framework to create platforms in your games without any code required. The Blueprint contains the following features:

  • Preview the final destination on real time.
  • Override platform mesh to anyone you like.
  • Change rotation and scale of the platform.
  • Change number of uses allowed to actiavte the platform.
  • Set time before falling.
  • Toggle falling animation.
  • Toggle to set the platform movable or static.
  • Set the platform’s rotation to follow the spline’s rotation.
  • Activate on step or automatically.
  • Wait for step to activate again.
  • Set waiting time when the platform reachs the destination.
  • Change de travel duration.
  • Close the spline’s loop in any position.
  • Activate loop travels.
  • Use particle system trails.
  • Change the particle system size.
  • Override particle system.

A well missed feature; have you added bottom-up platforms. IE: You jump from under the platform, pass through, and land on top of it? Great pack by the way!

That looks like a neat feature! Unfortunately, the platforms don’t work that way but is definetely an option we can add in the next update!
