I just reinstall my computer system. even I use the same computer name, but still I can activate my software on the same pc I used.
And I cant use offline activation too.
How do I fix this? Thanks

In the EULA + when you activated the license on your PC was clearly stated that the license CANNOT be transferred.
Reinstallation of the operating system is a major change, so you lose all the information regarding the activated license…
The question is, when you activated license, for how long was it set to be active ??
Thanks god I was using a different hdd for fresh installation. I change to the old hdd, the software now is running fine.
However, On the system, it says I have 5 swap. What does it mean?

you can change the PC and therefore also the license where it is ACTIVATED, but it depends on the actual license ACTIVATION on the particular PC, therefore if you set that license is activated until the END of it duration ( full 3 months ) on one PC, you cannot switch it to another one in that time. Best if you set it for 7 days and when it ends, you can switch it to another PC, or another Windows installation on the same PC ( if the OS is different ).

I reformatted my computer and am unable to activate CapturingReality until the end of July. I am planning on purchasing another subscription. Would it be possible to accumulate 2 subscriptions into 1?
for example.
subscription 1: 2 months left
subscription 2: 2 months left
Accumulated license: 4 months
