A couple of members of our team myself included, have received the ‘Online activation has failed’:
Despite being logged into Epic, having licenses available etc. This has occurred at different times: when starting the application (despite licenses being available and me logged into Epic), but also during mid-processing, with one of my colleagues having to abandon texturing of a model 1 day in due to RC repeatedly flagging this up. This is not connected to any networking issues on our end, e.g. outages, new firewalling rules.
I was only able to get RC to recognise the license by shift-clicking the launcher and selecting ‘Making like a clean install’. This then brought up the RC Activation screen below:
Is anyone else finding these activation issues are more prevalent and causing issues despite having licenses available?
