Hi,
I have a set of 800 x 35 Mpix sharp and nice pictures and RC aligns only half of it because for rest of the pictures does not generate features. Please see attached picture. RC has no problem to process similar set of pictures from different project. What could be problem?

Hard to say more without seeing actual data… Can you upload it somewhere for inspection ?
Problem solved…
one of the pictures was somehow corrupted (it was not possible to look at it) and this caused feature extractor to terminate extraction and RC then continued to another stage without prompting any error…
