Raytracing & Light Baking?

Hey, I read most of this thread but I still have some questions.

I am using Unreal for rendering animations offline using Movie Render Queue.
I only ever used realtime raytracing for this purpose so far so in my learning process I haven’t come across the need to use baked lighting (or so I think).

For offline rendering is there any benefit to baking lights with Lightmass?
For example: If I baked ambient occlusion and then disabled it during render could I get faster render times?
Or any combination that would make sense for this matter.

And just to clarify: Baking Lights will only affect static or stationary lights/meshes?
Anything set to moveable will not have any influence in baked lighting whatsoever?

I have tried testing this but It was inconclusive to me.
