Ratings required for distribution in Japan/Australia/Taiwan etc for our blockchain game?

Hello,

We have a game with blockchain elements in it. The requirements state that we must be rated to be distributed in EGS, but in another spot it says that unrated games are just treated as the highest rating level.

Since we are an M-rated (and equivalent) game, I’m trying to determine whether we need to get those ratings before customers in those regions can download our game (as per the blockchain requirements, the game is free to download).
