Rating Score not updating after new reviews — anyone else seeing this?

Expected Result

rating score and percentage be updated because of the new 5 star reviews

Observed Result

Rating appears frozen. I’ve received at least two new 5-star reviews over the past two weeks, but the summary hasn’t changed at all — same 4.2 average, same percentage breakdown (At 45 reviews 4.2 score (Screenshot 2026-08-15) 76% / 2% / 2% / 4% / 16%.

Currently 4.2 score at 48 reviews 77% / 2% / 2% / 4% / 15% (Screenshot 2026-09-12). Same percentages were for 46 and for 47 reviews).

New reviews appear on the page but seem to have no effect on the score. Please check whether the rating aggregation for this product is updating correctly.

on the other hand I just got an unfair 1 star review (user blames my Rm Fix Tool plugin for crashing Epic Games Launcher during install Root Motion Fix Tool | Mocap animations root motion cleaner and fixer | Fab ) and Fab was lightning-fast on lowering the score from 4.8 to 4.7. So recalculation clearly works — the trigger just doesn’t fire consistently. Worth checking your own summaries, sellers.

P.S. The 1star review for Rm Fix Tool was marked and removed by Fab moderation after I reported it and the rating score is back to 4.8. So clearly the problem (bug) doesn’t affect every product.

Just received one more 5 star review and the score is still 4.2

And still no proper response from support
