Right now adding a comment to a review is optional.
But it’s really frustrating for a seller to all of a sudden see a rating of 1 out of 5 on a model in their marketplace and have no idea who gave that rating and more importantly, not having any feedback as to why they received that rating.
Giving 1 star to a model means, at best, that the buyer misunderstood something and they did not get the result they expected based on the model’s previews,
or at worst that the buyer has found something seriously wrong with the model that needs fixing.
So my suggestion is to force the reviewers to provide an explanation as to why they give the rating they give.
Also if their explanation is too generic and doesn’t provide useful information that can be used by the seller to fix the problem (something like “I don’t like it” for example), the seller should be able to report the review to be taken down.
