This bug is also present in any Custom NPC that inherits behaviour from the Raptor. My team and I spent a lot of time and money building a custom “chocobo-like” creature for our game and until this bug is fixed its completely useless. I’m beyond frustrated with Epic, I’ve posted tickets to zero response
