Randomized crowd npcs at runtime

Hi all, Im using Procedural NPC Crowds plugin, i need to choose between 3 skeletal meshes randomly, then of each mesh there will be a choice again of hairstyles and THEN a choice of hair colour (phew)
I had with a different plugin managed to get meshes with diff hair colours but this is blowing my mind its one step too far haha - pleeease help someone
