Random patches of extreme low polycount irrespective of image quality

As seen in the GIF below, calculating a scan at Normal Quality works great, but at High Quality, patches that would otherwise just be a bit smooth come out with ~100-400 triangles. I am at a total loss as to what i can do to prevent this. One person suggested i disable hyperthreading of all things?

Edit: Normal Quality wasn’t spared, approx half of parts seem to randomly have basically no triangles :frowning:

Same image dataset bought into RealityCapture 1.5.1, and no issues at all. Realityscan 2.1, can’t seem to get anywhere with. Perhaps the mixed GPUs?
