Random lighting appears in MRQ render

I’m using the movie render queue and seeing random lights appear. This isn’t the usual flickering which I have come to expect and are usually fixed with increased sample size and various commands. It literally appears that a section of the scene randomly becomes illuminated/darkened as though some non existant light is enabled/disabled. I have seen this before several times and have never found a fix other than swapping out assets or shuffling thingas about. Any thoughts on what this might be?

Virtual Textures
AA - none 8 spatial and 64 temporal.

In my video of the trees illuminated by sunlight, they light up randomly. I have the same issue!
