Random Invisible Hole in Mesh?

I’ve been creating my level for my video game and I’ve been designing and creating my own house using geometry shapes but once I set a ceiling on the house, it comes up with a random hole in the mesh and anything else I try to put there goes invisible as well, its a random and small odd spot in the house and acts as if I put a Subtractive mesh in that area but I didnt, any help? I also added a screenshot for a better visual.

It does look like a substractive brush indeed. And it stays at the same spot and has the same size, too.
Try cycling through the brushes in the world outliner. There must be one you didn’t account for.

Well tbh every once and awhile I would get a random notification on screen telling me that the engine is rebuilding BSP but only lasts a few seconds and I did clear out some of my folders in the beginning to try to be more organized I must’ve messed up somewhere?

Checked two sided mesh is on . for both mesh and the Material.

I had this quite often when working with BSP recently. I found that if I started deleting individual faces of the BSP, it would act real strange with the surrounding BSP. Have you done that at all?

If it’s being caused by an erroneous or corrupt BSP brush, it will still have a placement in your world. You can check for BSP which has zero verts in the tools somewhere. Sorry I can’t check how right now. Have you tried rebuilding geometry?

Yes I have rebuilt the geometry and still nothing, I have also went down the World Outliner list and did not find any sort of mesh or item around the area, what should I do?
