I am launching my game on my android device and I get random crashes and I cannot trace the cause of the crash. I have checked the generated by running the monitor.bat file, but it does not give me enough information.
Hey Oladimejitunde,
In order to better assist you, I need the following information:
- Engine Version
- Device OS Version
- What type of device
- Monitor.bat
Please also describes exactly what happens when you have ‘random’ crashes. Keep in mind that you need Monitor.bat running when you’re trying to launch to the device and get the game to crash in order to capture those .
Looking forward to hearing back from you, thanks!

Hi ,
I did some testing and discovered it crashes randomly if I add a lot of meshes in the scene. Is there a polygon count limit per device?
Thanks
Without the , I can’t tell you if that’s the reason it’s occurring. However, mobile devices have limited memory and are less powerful than a computer. Therefore, they’re not able to handle as much as a computer would. Please review the [Performance Guidelines for Mobile Devices Documentation][1] in order to learn more about mobile performance.
