Random BPs disappearing after build is pressed

Hi, when I press build or build geometry random BPs will dissappear from the level during play, but can be seen in editor after restart. I can’t find any pattern why this is happening to certain BPs. There is no code in them just bunch of static meshes. I’m using world partition, Windows 64 bit, Source build tried both 5.1.0 and 5.1.1. Same results. Problem started in 5.1.0. Even if I package to shipping build BPs will be missing. If I find these BPs in outliner and delete them , then Ctrl+Z and save they work as normal. I can package to shipping build and they will be OK there. I have noticed similar reported problem with static meshes in December 2022 in 5.1.0. Any idea what settings do I need to check or how to find out what I am doing wrong, or where is the tick box missing? Thanks in advance for your time.

This may have something to do with level streaming in world partition.
