Ran out of memory allocating 5272199388 bytes with alignment 0

Constantly getting this error code “[File:D:/Build/++UE4+Licensee/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/Core/Private/GenericPlatform/GenericPlatformMemory.cpp] [Line: 186] Ran out of memory allocating 5272199388 bytes with alignment 0” while trying to import an .obj character into the ue4 engine, also the engine is building skeletal mesh from the ground up!

I just got Ran out of memory allocating 35494909120 bytes with alignment 0. Last error msg: The paging file is too small for this operation to complete…,but know why I think, I loaded level in 5.1 tonsof sculpted terrain, and I clicked on partiion settings too soon? I guess,and crash, everytime. Is this a 5.1 bug ? I have 16bg ramand 8gb gpu ram.
