Raising a static Mesh

How do you raise a static mesh above the grid? when I import this object in to my game it is placed under groud, it needs to be sitting above the grid lines I believe but I can’t figure out how to raise a static mesh?

It means the pivot point is too high. You can see the pivot in the mesh editor ( where you are ):
